Offbeat Ideas and Commentary from the Depths of Gil's Trading Notes
Recent IPO DropBox (DBX) is holding right at its 10-dma and in the lower reaches of its first IPO base with volume drying up to -80.9% below average for this time of the day. Look for this to hold the 10-dma or at least the lows of the last two weeks around 29.50. We currently have a position in the stock, though we've been trading it to take advantage of some of the volatility in the pattern previously. The pattern, however, seems to be tightening up here, which may be constructive.
