MCP, the rare earth metals leader, is going to have another pocket pivot today if it clears 4,540,800 shares. Given time of day, it should clear this level. We originally reported on MCP's earlier pocket pivot on July 21. Rumors are that AAPL may buyout MCP as they need a steady supply of rare-earths for their touchscreens. But rumor or not, MCP has been showing recent constructive price/volume action.
