Gil here, everyone. I had to laugh when I saw the video of me on Fox Business News yesterday where I cited the "1981 high" in silver as "$46.50." Watching the video playback, I had to ask, "Where the %$*&#*%# did that come from?" I've looked at long-term charts of gold and silver a million times, even until my eyes have rolled over into the back of my head, but still couldn't remember on-camera that the long-term price high of silver is in fact $41.50 in early 1980.
Doh!
