A stock may not be mentioned if market conditions are negative. In other words, when the market is looking suspect, stocks have to pass through an even higher barrier to make our screens. Further, as in the case of AKRX, it was priced at or under $15. Being a thin stock, we tend to shy away from such names in the current market environment.
